On 21 June 2023, the Richmond Board of Education approved the 2024/2025 Five-Year Capital Plan for submission by the Ministry of Education & Child Care by 30 June 2023. The plan consists of 46 projects, including seismic mitigation, school expansion, building envelope, major ventilation, electrical, plumbing, lighting and playground upgrades, and bus replacements valued at over $820 Million.
