November 7-10, 2025	Remembrance Day Ceremony Setup

December 20, 2025 – January 2, 2026	Winter Break
February 13, 2026 (subject to change)	District-wide Pro-D Day
February 14-16, 2026	Family Day Weekend

The following groups are exempt: churches (Sundays), out-of-school day care programs (Monday thru Friday), Continuing Education classes and Leisure Services special summer events (July and August) as approved by the Secretary-Treasurer.

Please note the following

• Facilities may be rented until midnight only on the day preceding an exception period.
• Major community events approved by the Secretary Treasurer will be considered if booked in advance.
• Historically, rental cancellations may occur before the start of the winter/spring/summer breaks due to scheduling conflicts with school events.
