The Richmond School District makes its facilities available for use by groups, organizations, and individuals within the community throughout the school year in accordance with established guidelines.
The Facility Rentals Office is located at the Facilities Services Branch on 5200 River Road in Richmond, BC. We coordinate the usage of district facilities when they are used outside of instructional time for both internal district use and external community use.
Examples of the booking types we typically look after (but are not limited to):
- Weekly evening rentals
- Weekend bookings
- Licensed childcare services
- Commercial filming/photography
If you are interested in submitting a rental request, please submit a rental request by filling out the rental application form and submit your request for space a minimum of fifteen (15) business days prior to your requested start date and allow for 2 business days to receive an email reply.
Our hours of operation are from 8:00am-4:00pm Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and statutory holidays.
