These terms and conditions and the accompanied license, together along with any appendices, form the complete agreement between the School District and the Licensee.

Your license, invoice and terms and conditions will be sent to you for a digital signature which is required prior to submitting your payment.

THE LICENSE HOLDER OR THEIR EVENT SUPERVISOR MUST HAVE A COPY OF THE LICENSE WITH THEM AT ALL TIMES WHEN ACCESSING THE FACILITY DURING THE LICENSE PERIOD.
